D Grant Contracts trading as DGC Speed Spray reserve the right to use their own discretion when accepting tenders/ projects and set a price for any services or goods. Payment is required via bank transfer or cheques upon completion of job.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service provided this must be discussed on the final day of the work being carried out and before the invoice has been sent. Once the invoice has been sent upon completion of the work then this must be paid in full.
DGC Speed Spray reserve the right to amend the price of a service e.g., paint spray job during the service as they deem necessary. Any changes or additions to be made will be discussed with the client beforehand.
Quotes provided for a job are subject to change and not a final price.
Competitions
DGC Speed Spray or any business trading under D Grant Contracts reserve the right to choose any winner of their competitions at their own discretion. Prizes are not transferrable for cash value (e.g. voucher), the value of the prize(s) or to another party.
Winners will be chosen at random using a random competition picker online generator. They will then be contacted via Facebook Messenger and announced in a post on our Facebook page. It is the responsibility of the entrant to check to see if they are the winner.
If DGC Speed Spray are unable to make contact with a winner after 3 weeks then they hold the right to transfer the prize to another party. DGC Speed Spray are not required to deliver any prizes to the winner(s), they must be collected by the winning party unless another arrangement has been agreed upon.
Competitions are only open to residents in Northern Ireland and to over 18’s unless otherwise stated.
